Trust & Estates Legal Assistant / Paralegal
A well-established law firm is seeking a Trust & Estates Legal Assistant / Paralegal to support attorneys with estate planning and estate administration matters. This role will assist with document preparation, client communication, and file management throughout the estate planning and probate process.
Responsibilities:
Prepare estate planning documents including wills, trusts, powers of attorney, and healthcare directives
Assist with probate and estate administration filings
Draft correspondence and legal documents for attorney review
Maintain and organize client files and estate records
Communicate with clients, courts, and financial institutions regarding estate matters
Track deadlines and assist with scheduling and case management
Qualifications:
Experience supporting Trust & Estates attorneys or working in estate planning/probate preferred
Strong administrative and document preparation skills
Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities
Ability to manage multiple matters and deadlines
Paralegal certificate or relevant legal experience preferred
