ASSISTANT PROJECT MANAGER
Liberty Personnel Services, Inc. is currently working with a leader in New York City's high-end residential construction market to find an Assistant Project Manager.
Job Requirements
• Ideal candidates should possess 2-to-5 years of project / construction management experience on high-end, custom residential construction projects (penthouse apartments, Brownstones, townhouses).
• Previous high-end residential construction project experience is desired.
• Experience with construction administration processes, project development, and coordinating with internal and external clients is essential.
• Ability to review and update project budget, schedules, and reports is required.
• Strong communication, writing, and computer skills are essential.
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Architecture, or related Engineering discipline is preferred.
