Administrative Assistant
A construction organization is looking for an Administrative or Executive Assistant to assist the owner in his daily responsibilities.
- Providing general assistance during presentations;
- Coordinating calendars with others in frilly;
- Coordinating travel arrangements for senior staff;
- Coordinating and managing basic office supplies;
- Managing important and confidential documentation relating to business activities;
- Managing and screening phone calls, enquiries and requests;
- Meeting and greeting visitors;
- Carrying out background research and presenting findings;
- Producing documents, briefing papers, reports and presentations;
- Organizing and attending meetings and ensuring the manager is well prepared for meetings;
Requirements:
- A minimum of 5 years’ experience in an Administrative Assistant and/or Office Manager role;
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and Excel software packages;
