VP Enterprise Development
I'm seeking a VP Enterprise Development for a Full-time position with a stable and growing company in the local area. Reporting directly to the CIO, this is a newly created role to address the growth of the business and offers an exciting opportunity for someone who wants to provide the Strategic leadership to ensure the success of the IT Operations. Interested candidates should have the following experience.
- 10+ years of IT leadership managing Software development Operations on an Enterprise level
- Managing technical resources and Operations to ensure successful delivery of projects and customer satisfaction.
- Communicating with Executive leadership and technical resources to foster a dynamic and fluid environment,
- Ability to recruit, hire, lead and motivate staff in a large complex development enterprise.
- Make recommendations and lead implementations for new technologies, Projects and Programs.
- Excellent Communication and Presentation skills
- Masters Degree or higher is preferred but not required
