My client is looking for a Sales Manager to head up a growing Performance Contracting branch of an even faster growing Energy Management and savings company. My client is a well regarded international performance contracting and energy management firm involved with commercial, institutional and industrial applications for saving energy costs. My client will provide the money and engineering to put new hardware and commercial applications in place to save the client company money. They seek a Sales Manager with strong Business Development abilities to go along with the management of key sales people. Someone who can help other sales people, close their own sales and help other close theirs and push the overall all team for results. Additionally,
Ability to generate own leads and turn them into sales
Ability to understand technical engineering concepts
Ability to converse and deal with people at all levels
Ability to schedule and prioritize tasks
Ability to work unsupervised
Ability to work individually and within a team structure
Analytical, able to interpret and create complex spreadsheet calculations
Ability to take a lead role where required
Computer literate with minimal guidance
Working knowledge of the Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Word, Excel & Outlook
Your knowledge of either Performance Contracting or Financial Sales to the C Level suite will warrant your interview.
