Software Development Manager
My client, a national leader, has a full time opening for a Software Development Manager. The ideal candidate will have prior hands on experience with Java and experience with as much of the following as possible:
- Strong technical lead, who can provide architectural and design guidance to the team
- Expert at code reviews
- Experience working in Agile environments
- Scrum master experience
- Experience working in fast pace environments with eye towards delivery
- Experience working in SaaS envioronment
- Working with microservices architecture
- Managing direct reports. Can provide guidance and coach the direct report in their career path
- Experience with Java, Tomcat, Oracle, Mongo, ActiveMQ, Spring, MVC, Hibernate, Angular, Web/RESTful services, multi-threading etc
