Project Manager – Multi-Family / Affordable Housing Construction
Location: Greater New Haven Area
A growing Multi-Family and Affordable Housing Construction Manager/General Contractor is seeking a Project Manager to join their team due to continued expansion across the region.
Responsibilities:
- Manage projects from pre-construction through closeout
- Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and cost controls
- Coordinate with clients, subcontractors, architects, and internal teams
- Oversee subcontractor procurement, contracts, and performance
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to quality standards
- Lead project meetings and provide regular status updates
- Review drawings, RFIs, submittals, and change orders
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience in construction project management
- Experience with multi-family and/or affordable housing projects preferred
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, budgeting, and scheduling
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities
- Strong communication and leadership skills
