Job Details:
Engineering Cybersecurity Manager
Role:
As an Engineering Cybersecurity Manager, this person will be responsible for being a liaison between Engineering and Information technology to ensure that solutions and new innovations are implemented as well as the organization's cybersecurity risk is in check. This would include being key contact for R&D, Labs, Manufacturing sites, product teams as well as project teams to help managing processes, procedures, tools, cybersecurity requirements, project, and product execution, etc.
Responsibilities:
- Work with the Executive Director to support all cybersecurity processes from start to finish across engineering, manufacturing, technology, products, etc.
- Be the key point of contact for full lifecycle of the project including testing, documentation, defining scope, etc.
- Define project scope, budgets, plans, initiatives, and solutions
- Help establish and implement procedures, processes, standards, risk management
- Train and educate employees of all levels and disciplines
- Work with the board
- Special Projects as needed
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree is required in Engineering or Information Technology.
- Master’s degree or Advance degree is highly preferred.
- Prior experience in information technology with a foundation in engineering.
- Prior experience with controls, systems, and standards
- Ability to travel as required up to 40% both domestically and international
