Job Details:

Successful candidate must be able to dedicate their time to multiple projects at a time, scheduling manpower, equipment, and materials, managing RFIs and change orders, and following a project after it has been sold to when it is closed.
Tasks include but are not limited to:

Plan, schedule, or coordinate job tasks to field technicians in order to meet deadlines

Communicate with the customers to help clarify project requirements and objectives

Document, review, and distribute requests for information from the field to the customer and back

Create project status updates for delivery to customers and management

Monitor costs incurred by the field to identify budget issues
-
Monitor project milestones and deliverables
-
Prepare and submit budget estimates, progress reports, or cost tracking reports
-
Produce and distribute project documents
Expected skills:
-
Microsoft Office Suite proficient
-
Cloud-based file sharing proficient
-
Able to produce Gantt charts
-
Able to communicate well in English
-
Able to walk around a construction site
-
Expected to have 2+ years’ experience in project management
