Advisory Manager
Philadelphia, PA
Role:
As an Advisory Manager, you'll be responsible for managing the due diligence projects for several clientele and projects. This would include obtaining the information, research and analysis, capital and debt analysis, cash flow, risk mitigation, as well as managing the project from start to finish.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct meetings to obtain information on the request. Perform initial research
- Work with client to understand the work of staff, quality of earnings, data flow, etc.
- Perform capital and debt analysis
- Perform cash flow analysis, risk assessment, evaluate potential problems, etc.
- Act as a project manager from initial inquire through project completion
- Manage budgets, project deadlines, billings, etc.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree is required
- 7+ years of advisory experience, transaction experience, etc.
- Certifications are a huge plus (CPA, CFA, Etc.)
- Ability to work across all levels of employees, interact with outside clientele and under strict deadlines
