Construction Estimator
General Construction- Commercial, Healthcare, Industrial, Multi-unit Residential Construction
Our client an excellent General Contractor in the New York City, New York area is actively in search of an Estimator for full time permanent staff positions.
Commercial construction estimating experience is required for consideration. Healthcare experience is a bonus, but not required. Individuals will have at least 3 or more years of strong commercial construction experience; Commercial office buildings, Healthcare, Hospitality etc. Experience estimating on projects valued at several million dollars.

Requirements
- At least 3 years or more of commercial, industrial, healthcare, and multi-unit residential experience
- Relevant work/ project experience
- Salary is open dependent experience
- College Degree a plus, NOT required (Engineering, Construction Management, building construction, Construction Science, Architecture, Architectural Engineering or relevant degree)
- Projects are based in the local New York City area.
