Workers’ Compensation Attorney - Onsite
Our multi-disciplinary firm client is seeking an experienced Workers’ Compensation Attorney to join a growing team in Lancaster, PA. This is an on-site role offering meaningful responsibility, courtroom exposure, and long-term growth.
What You’ll Do

Handle Pennsylvania workers’ compensation matters from intake through resolution

Prepare pleadings, motions, briefs, and related legal filings
-
Appear at hearings, depositions, mediations, and conferences
-
Partner with senior attorneys on higher-complexity claims
-
Manage an active caseload while meeting billable expectations
-
Maintain strong client relationships and provide day-to-day case oversight
What We’re Looking For
-
JD from an accredited law school with an active Pennsylvania law license
-
3+ years of hands-on PA workers’ compensation litigation experience preferred
-
Ability to independently manage the full workers’ comp lifecycle is a plus
-
Comfortable using legal and electronic document management systems
-
Strong time management, communication, and organizational skills
-
Thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
Role Details

In-person position with local travel to hearings and depositions

Overnight travel not typically required
