Environmental Attorney
Boutique Philadelphia area law firm is seeking a Environmental Attorney to join their growing firm. They are seeking a general litigation associate, class years 2014-2019. They offer numerous perks, some WFH as well as very attainable partnership track. The ideal candidate will have experience with the following:
- Complex litigation background
- Drafting and responding to discovery
- Managing document productions
- Preparing motions and briefs
- Depositions
- Working with experts
- Pleadings and discovery
- Negotiating ESI protocols
- Working on ESI productions
- Prepping for / taking / defending depositions
- Drafting and responding to motions
- Writing and research skills
- Ability to manage a litigation caseload, working cases from beginning to end
- Case analysis and strategy
- Pennsylvania and/or New Jersey Bar admission
Associate is expected to have around 1750 billable hours per year.
