Seeking a Corporate Associate with 3–5 years of relevant experience

Strong background in mergers and acquisitions required

Experience with general representation of business entities, including corporations, partnerships, and LLCs

Involvement in entity formation and structuring preferred

Exposure to finance and private equity transactions is a plus

Securities law knowledge helpful but not required
