Senior Engineering Associate
Role:
As a Senior Engineering Associate, your focus will be on Electrical Engineering and Reliability providing strategic leadership and oversight of very critical electrical equipment for the manufacturing organization. You'll work with Operations supporting the organization's operating plants. This person would have the opportunity to travel both domestically and internationally to the operating plants as well.
Responsibilities:
- Be a subject matter expert and/or lead for Electrical Engineers and electrical operations to help provide KPI's develop action plans, improvement projects, etc.
- Develop reliability program plans, reliability improvement plans, reports, predictions, etc.
- Perform mitigation effectiveness, cost analysis, root cause analysis
- Suggest strategies, propose new electrical systems or equipment, implement new technology, etc.
- Be a key leader in the ability to drive new technologies
- Work with procurement on new equipment, new vendors, and new expectations
- Troubleshoot electrical system problems, failures, and the ability to repair
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Electrical Engineering
- 12+ years of prior Electrical or Reliability engineering
- Prior experience within a manufacturing, industrial or chemical industry
- The ability to travel both domestically and international
