Client Relationship Associate
In this role, you'll be working with internal clientele and/or employees from different divisions, functional areas, and geographic areas to help the organization better understand and support the organization's operations, efficiencies, perform data analysis, develop plans, performance evaluations, strategies, etc. This position is for the person that has a strong customer services background, strong analytical background, strong Excel skills and in addition the ability quantify that information for presentations to leadership.
Responsibilities:
- Be a key subject matter expert for internal clients in order to understand their functions, their role within the organization, and their impact on the organization
- Work cross functionally with all levels of employees and all departments within the organization to research and identify opportunities for efficiencies
- Help leadership evaluation processes, system administration, performance ratings, trends, etc.
- Strive to build lasting relationships and comradery across all teams and departments
- Work within Excel to enter data, analyze data, and then translate that date into action plans
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree is required
- 3+ years of prior internal or external client interaction is key.
- Strong Excel skills are a must. Excel certified is a plus
- Strong professional background that can communication with all levels of employees both internally and externally, build relationships, and influence change
