A well-established law firm is seeking an Associate Attorney with 3+ years of litigation experience to join its Insurance and Financial Services practice in the Los Angeles area. The team handles a variety of complex cases involving insurance coverage, benefits, and financial services disputes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Draft pleadings, motions, briefs, discovery requests/responses, and other litigation documents
- Communicate with clients, experts, opposing counsel, and witnesses
- Conduct legal research and analysis on complex issues
- Take and defend depositions
- Assist in trial and arbitration preparation, including witness preparation and exhibit organization
Qualifications:
- 3+ years of litigation experience
- Admission to the State Bar of California
