Our Luxury showroom client is seeking a Showroom Sales Consultant for their Luxury decorative Kitchen and Bath Showroom.
Prior experience selling decorative plumbing or interior design is a PLUS. Related industry experience will also be considered.
Job requirements include providing excellent customer service to our clientele as well as establishing relationships with design and build tradespeople.
Tasks and responsibilities may include, but are not limited to:
- Assisting showroom customers with reliable information regarding product specifications, product suitability, pricing and availability.
- Entering sales orders, organize shipping and maintain customer communication to ensure an accurate and timely order process.
- Maintaining product literature files to ensure the most current and accurate information is always provided for our clients.
- Advising contractors, designers and trade professionals as needed while maintaining the utmost attention and care to their clients.
- Provide superior customer service to every person that walks in the door.
