Job Description and Duties:
- Bachelor Degree in Engineering.
- P.E. License in NJ a plus.
- 15+ years experience overseeing a staff of Highway Nicet Certified personnel.
- Has overseen NJDOT Highway inspection projects.
- NJDOT project experience.
- Ability to write proposals and bring in new work.
- Team player with good communication skills.
