Real Estate & Leasing Senior Associate
About the Role:
A growing Real Estate practice is seeking a Senior Associate or Counsel to join their team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience representing companies, developers, franchisees, investors, and other entities in complex real estate matters, with a focus on commercial leasing, franchise and distribution, and general corporate real estate.
Key Responsibilities:

Draft, review, and negotiate commercial leases and related real estate agreements.

Advise clients on acquisition, disposition, development, and financing of commercial properties.

Represent franchisees in reviewing and negotiating franchise agreements, renewals, and transfers.

Assist with acquisitions of assets and general corporate matters as needed.

Manage matters independently while collaborating effectively with the team.
Qualifications:
-
5–10 years of experience in real estate law.

Substantial experience with commercial leasing and broader real estate transactions.

Experience with franchise agreements and franchisee representation is highly preferred.

Strong academic credentials.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Highly motivated, able to work independently, and manage complex matters with minimal supervision
