- Proven experience in manufacturing or assembly environments with strong mechanical aptitude.
- Leadership experience or previous team lead roles are highly desirable.
- Familiarity with SolidWorks, Smartsheet, and ERP/job tracking systems.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and time management skills.
- Hands-on approach with a commitment to safety, quality, and continuous improvement.
