Engineering Practice Leader
National architectural and consulting engineering firm is looking for their Engineering Practice Leader to run their engineering department:
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Lead all engineering department operations.
- Create strong culture of creativity and collaboration.
- Progress sustainable & regenerative design practices on projects.
- Business development.
- Positively influence & impact the engineers on projects in the earliest stages of design.
Experience:
- Bachelors degree in Engineering. Masters preferred.
- 10+ years experience in MEP engineering.
- PE license required. LEED AP required.
- Strong technical skillset.
- Leadership experience.
