Technical Lead Software Engineer
An industry leader is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Technical Lead Software Engineer to join its dynamic team. As a Technical Lead, you will be responsible for overseeing and guiding the development of complex software solutions across various platforms, including desktop, web, embedded, and mobile devices. Your expertise in C#, C++, JavaScript, Angular, React, ASP.Net and Azure, will be crucial in ensuring the successful delivery of projects.
Responsibilities:
• Lead and manage a team of software engineers, providing technical guidance, mentorship, and support throughout the software development lifecycle.
• Design, develop, and implement high-quality software solutions using C#, C++, JavaScript, Angular, React, and other relevant technologies.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, define technical specifications, and architect scalable and efficient software solutions.
• Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to coding best practices, standards, and design principles.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance software development processes, tools, and methodologies.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and resolve technical challenges and provide innovative solutions.
• Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies related to software development, cloud computing, and mobile applications.
• Provide technical expertise and guidance in areas such as cloud integration, deployment strategies, and performance optimization.
• Collaborate with the testing team to ensure robustness, reliability, and quality of software products.
Requirements:
• Proven experience as a Technical Lead or similar role in software development projects.
• Strong proficiency in programming languages such as C#, C++, JavaScript, and frameworks like Angular and React.
• Extensive knowledge of desktop, web, and mobile application development.
• Familiarity with embedded systems and device development is a plus.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to analyze complex technical issues.
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
• Proven track record of delivering high-quality software projects on time.
