The Client that I represent is one of the fastest growing real estate developers and general construction firms in Philadelphia. They have an excellent reputation of delivering exceptional work to their clients. They currently have and immediate need for a Construction Project Manager
- Bachelors degree in Construction Management or related field preferred
- Experience managing Education and Healthcare construction projects
- 7+ years’ experience successfully managing commercial ground up construction projects
- Business Development experience in construction or related industry preferred
- Certifications in safety, OSHA training, and general continuing education
