***100% remote based, full time permanent staff position***
An excellent medical communications client of ours is actively seeking to add an experienced client services professional to the team and individuals at the Senior Account Management level ready for advancement, and/or already at the Account Director level. Individuals will have a strong foundation in publications/publication planning within a medical communications setting. Compensation is commensurate with experience.

Job Duties and Responsibilities
- Create and foster a working relationship with assigned clients to develop an understanding of the client’s market, product profile, therapeutic area, competitors, and trends.
- Create a strategic partnership with client(s) and serve as the client contact for strategic and tactical planning of publications and medical communication deliverables (scientific platform, lexicon development, manuscripts, abstracts, presentations, etc.).
- Track all project costs for assigned projects to ensure set targets are met.
- Develop accurate budget proposals for assigned projects.
- Drive the development and organic growth of assigned accounts.
- Establish and maintain profitable working relationship with assigned client(s).
Qualifying for this position requires the following:
- Approximately six (6) or more years of client services, account management, account direction experience within a medical communications agency
- This is NOT a sales role; it is account management/client services
- Publications /Publication planning industry experience is required
- Create and foster a working relationship with assigned clients to develop an understanding of the client’s market, product profile, therapeutic area, competitors, and trends
- Prior experience with database management program is a plus
- BA/BS college degree
- CMPP certification a plus
- Excellent communications skills both written and verbal
- Ensure that client service delivery meets customer needs while strengthening client relationship
- Excellent relationship building, attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Computer literate (Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook & Project)
