- 5+ plus years experience estimating heavy highway, site and utility construction industry projects.
- Worked on PENNDOT or NJDOT projects that involve heavy construction.
- Must be able to work with contractors, clients, and engineers routinely.
- Prepare estimates, manage budgets, and schedule work crews.
