- Produce accurate quantity takeoffs and material pricing
- Estimate labor, material, and equipment costs
- Work as part of a team on highly visible project
- Contact clients, vendors, and subcontractors
- Meet project deadlines
Required Qualifications:
- At least 5 years of commercial construction estimating experience
- Demonstrated conceptual and lump sum estimating experience.
- Knowledge of estimating processes, technology, and related industry trends.
- Computer software skills, including MS Office Suite. Timberline and other estimating software a plus
