Survey Crew Chief
Maryland based Civil/Surveying Firm is looking for an employee with high integrity and an attention to detail to be a land Survey Party Chief. This is a permanent position with very good medical, vacation/sick, and 401k.
Job Duties and Responsibilities:
Essential Functions and Responsibilities
- Significant experience working on a survey crew for a Civil or Survey Engineering Firm.
- Ability to work as a Survey Crew Chief on a 2-man crew.
- Experience with GPS.
- Perform mathematical calculations, topos, and field checking of data.
- Boundary experience.
- Take accurate and clear notes and perform note reduction.
- Well versed with staking, marking plans, and specifications.
- Experience in controlling the function of surveying instruments and calculators.
- Valid Driver's License.
