Accounting Manager – Homebuilding
We’re looking for a seasoned accounting professional with strong homebuilding experience to join a fast-paced, high-growth real estate and development firm. This role will lead budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, and cash management across a dynamic portfolio of residential and commercial projects.
What You’ll Do:

Lead budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis

Oversee financial reporting and audits

Manage cash operations and lender compliance

Supervise accounting staff and drive process improvements
What We’re Looking For:

Bachelor’s in Accounting or Finance
-
5+ years in a senior accounting role with a homebuilder
-
Deep knowledge of GAAP and advanced Excel skills

Strong leadership, communication, and analytical abilities
