My client a well known Specialty Contractor in the Boston MA market is seeking an Operations Manager to join their growing team. Candidates should have the following experience:
- Experience running day to day Operations of a Construction business
- Experience training, recruiting and mentoring employees
- Ability to oversee and manage labor, productivity, safety and quality of work
- Able to manage relationships with key vendors, partners and clients
