What You’ll Be Doing:

• Leading exciting landscape projects from concept to construction

• Running client meetings, managing consultants, and overseeing design production

• Designing with AutoCAD, Land F/X, Adobe Suite, hand sketching — your creative toolkit

• Driving proposals, presentations, and follow-ups (yep, biz dev gets noticed here)

• Tracking performance metrics and keeping your team on point

You’ll Crush This Role If You:

• Have 5+ years in landscape architecture and love both the art and the execution

• Are a leader who thrives in both structured systems and creative spaces

• Can sketch with flair and think strategically

• Know construction detailing like the back of your (green) thumb

• Are a motivated team player who wants to grow fast and win big
