CONSTRUCTION PROJECT MANAGER (HIGH-END RESIDENTIAL)
We are currently seeking to hire an individual in the role of Construction Project Manager to complement and assist our existing professional team in high-end residential construction projects. The ideal candidate would be a pillar for the management team, able to accept direction, demonstrate confidence, possess superior communication skills (verbal and written) and be highly functional in independent as well as collaborative environments.
The Project Manager is responsible for coordinating and managing all necessary resources throughout the entire project, from start-up through closeout. The PM shall ensure that customer expectations and budgetary guidelines are met or exceeded. The PM is responsible for tracking and maintaining: budget, costs, schedule, risk management, insurances, general work performance and quality, and overall progress against the plan.
SALARY: $150-200K
