Jr Construction Field Engineer - Commercial/Buildings
Premier commercial contractor seeks Project/Field Engineer with a minimum of an internship in commercial construction/project engineering:
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management/Engineering
- 1+ years field construction experience, ideally dealing with larger projects ($8M+)
- Healthcare buildings, medical buildings, corporate office buildings a plus
- Renovations, remodeling and ground-up
- Strong technical background
- Create project schedules
- Project documents, change mgmt documents
- Work plans & estimates
- Participate in project closeouts
- Experience succeeding in fast paced, high pressure projects to meet technical, financial, and schedule demands
- Passionate, team player
- Outstanding presentation skills
- Microsoft office proficiency
- Project cost management
- Valid driver's license
- Great attitude
