Job Details:
We are seeking an experienced Lead Civil Engineer to join our dynamic Boston team, specializing in transportation design. This role focuses on leading projects in final design construction plans and corridor modeling.
Responsibilities:
- Lead an interdisciplinary team in delivering multimodal transportation projects.
- Manage design development, review, bid packages, permitting, and construction support.
- Mentor and supervise staff, ensuring high-quality project outcomes.
- Collaborate with clients and colleagues from diverse disciplines.
- Participate in business development and project pursuits.
Qualifications:
- Professional Engineering license (MA preferred).
- Bachelor's/Master's in Civil Engineering or related field.
- 10+ years of engineering experience, including roadway and drainage design.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Civil 3D, and design software.
- Strong leadership and project management experience.
