Construction Superintendent
Highly Reputable Developer, specializing in the ground-up construction of Multi-Family, retail centers, & Mixed-use projects. We are seeking a Superintendent for multiple up-coming projects.
An ideal candidate will have a minimum of the following:
- Several years of experience as a Superintendent in Multi-Family, Apartments, & Mixed-use
- Person of integrity and pride in work
- Good with coordinating subs
- Hands on & technically strong as well as strong leadership skills
- Diligent in Safety procedures
- OSHA certified
