Summary:
Seeking a highly experienced and skilled Senior Structural Engineer to join our dynamic team in California. The Senior Structural Engineer will be responsible for leading and managing structural engineering projects, ensuring compliance with building codes, and providing technical expertise to deliver high-quality designs for a wide range of building and infrastructure projects.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering with a focus on Structural Engineering (Master's degree preferred).
- Professional Engineer (PE) license in the state of California.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in structural engineering, including project management.
- Proficiency in structural design and analysis software (e.g., RISA Suite, 3D Foundation, Section, Connection)
- Strong knowledge of California building codes, seismic design requirements, and construction practices (e.g., AISC, ACI, ASCE).
- Exceptional problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Effective communication and leadership abilities.
