Role Overview:
We are looking for a Civil Engineer Project Manager to lead and execute a variety of land development projects across residential, commercial, industrial, and institutional sectors. Ideal candidates will bring both technical proficiency in site design and AutoCAD as well as strong leadership abilities to oversee project teams and ensure timely project delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop site layouts, utility plans (including storm drainage, water, and sewer systems), and ensure compliance with ADA requirements.
- Design stormwater management and erosion control measures to meet regulatory standards.
- Lead projects and supervise team members to ensure project milestones and deadlines are met.
- Prepare visual aids, design specifications, and ensure compliance with outlined project criteria.
Qualifications:
- At least 10 years in civil engineering with a focus on site design, land development, and regulatory permitting.
- MD Professional Engineer (PE) license required.
- Proficient in AutoCAD with knowledge of Civil 3D and/or MicroStation as a plus.
- Experience in project management and team coordination.
Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering (or related field).
