Transfer Pricing Sr Manager
Established company in Center City is seeking an experienced individual to join their Transfer Pricing team. This is an excellent opportunity with high compensation. Successful candidates with have similar experience:
BA/BS in Accounting or related discipline required.
- Minimum 5 years tax experience in a Big Four/national CPA firm, and/or a large multinational corporation.
- Knowledge of ASC 740 (formerly FAS 109).
- GAAP Accounting.
- Federal consolidated and Multi-State Income and Franchise Tax Compliance.
- Understanding of financial modeling and product P&L statements.
- Basic knowledge of arm’s length standard.
- Organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and balance requests from within internal and external stakeholders.
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple responsibilities simultaneously.
- Strong computer literacy with MS Office.
- Ability to work in a collaborative team environment and build cross functional relationships.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
