Join a growing, well-respected CPA firm with a clear path to Partner. Our client is seeking an experienced Tax Manager to lead engagements for high-net-worth individuals and closely held businesses. 🔍 What You’ll Do:
- Deliver high-quality tax planning and compliance services for individuals with complex financial portfolios and business interests
- Manage multiple tax engagements and ensure timely, accurate deliverables
- Mentor and lead staff accountants while fostering a collaborative team environment
- Advise clients on tax-saving strategies and the impact of evolving tax laws
- Work closely with firm partners and clients to develop trusted advisor relationships
- Contribute to firm growth through exceptional service (business development a plus, not required)
🎯 What You Bring:
- 7+ years of experience in public accounting with a focus on individual and business taxation
- CPA required (or actively pursuing); MST strongly preferred
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
- Experience with high-net-worth clients and complex tax structures
- Entrepreneurial mindset and desire for long-term career growth
