Safety Manager – Heavy Civil Construction
📍 Lehigh Valley, PA
We are hiring a Safety Manager to oversee safety programs on active heavy civil construction sites throughout the Lehigh Valley. This is a field-focused role supporting crews, superintendents, and project teams.
Responsibilities
- Enforce jobsite safety programs and OSHA compliance
- Perform site inspections, audits, and hazard assessments
- Lead toolbox talks and safety orientations
- Investigate incidents and maintain safety documentation
- Work directly with field leadership to mitigate risks
Requirements
- 5+ years safety experience in heavy civil or infrastructure construction
- Strong OSHA knowledge (OSHA 30 required)
- Hands-on jobsite experience
- Valid driver’s license
