Job Details:
My client is a top notch HVAC and Plumbing Mechanical Contractor. They are actively seeking a a Project Manager with strong Mechanical Contracting experience. If you have 5+ years of HVAC Mechanical aptitude , lets talk! You will estimate and manage HVACR, plumbing, and mechanical HVAC / plumbing projects from conception to completion, while monitoring compliance with G.E. Mechanical quality and safety standards and all applicable regulations.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Responsible for quantity take-offs, cost estimating, cost analysis, bid reviews and document management primarily for commercial and industrial HVAC, plumbing, and mechanical systems
Creating competitive and accurate estimates to achieve margin and financial targets
Utilize centralized cost estimating models to ensure current and strategic pricing data is used during all HVAC, plumbing, and mechanical proposal development
Follow-up with potential clients to finalize the work agreement
Schedule and manage resources (HVAC / plumbing manpower, equipment and materials) from start to finish with attention to budgetary limitations
Develop, coordinate and track mechanical project schedules for optimal project management
