Tax Manager

Liberty Personnel is partnering with one of our National clients to help build out their Tax team. This organization partners with forward-thinking businesses and affluent high net worth individuals, offering innovative tax strategies that fuel growth and manage risks. This role promises high visibility and interaction with our executive team, ensuring your contributions make a lasting difference.
Key Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance; Master in Taxation preferred.
- CPA certification is Required
- Over 5 years of expertise in tax, tax planning, tax compliance and tax accounting, with client services experience a must.
- Prior experience with Big 4 firms is advantageous.
Additional Keys:
- Business development skills with a preference for candidates with experience.
- Outstanding interpersonal skills to foster team building and client relationships.
Compensation:
A competitive compensation package will be available for this position including a base salary, annual bonus upwards of 30%, as well as a GREAT medical, dental, vision, wellness, a GREAT 401K, vacation and sick time, paid holidays, floating holidays, etc.
Working Situation:
This will be an in office position with some flexibility.
