Job Details:
Project Manager (Site/Land Construction)
- 5-30+ years’ experience working on utilities, site/land development, roads, sewers and concrete/asphalt projects.
- Ability to do take-offs for heavy civil projects.
- Manage field operations daily.
- Must be able to work with contractors, clients, and engineers routinely.
- Manage a project from start to finish.
- Experience with RFIs, submittals, subcontracts, and change orders.
