Project Coordinator - Engineering / Construction
Leading Automation Controls Systems Integrator seeks experienced project coordinator to purchase materials and equipment as well as related duties:
- Associates degree or equivalent experience
- Aid flow of materials
- Engineering and/or construction related project coordination experience
- Material tracking, shipping and receiving
- Manage records for proposals and projects
- Purchase orders
- Purchase materials, equipment; Expedite to job sites
- Submittals, estimates for purchases
- Quotations, negotiating contracts
- Maintain inventory
- Knowledge of resource scheduling, change orders, project management principles
- Examine quality of materials
- Organize inventory; facilitate returns
- Superior computer skills, able to set up and manage directories
- Microsoft office
- Strong client interaction skills & work ethic
