Job Details:
Workday/HCM Analyst - Remote
Our client is looking for a full-time, permanent Workday/HCM Analyst to be respond for working as a liaison between internal businesses and third party projects managers to facilitate the management and day to day needs of Workday both from a functional and technical standpoint. This includes implementing all functional and technical for HCM/Recruiting workstream, gather requirements, support deployments, coordinate with 3rd party vendors and knowledge transfer among other things.
Qualifications
- 3-5 years experience in configuration
- Strong experience with Workday HCM/Recruitment
- 3+ years experience with Workday Change Management
- Ability to lead projects
- Strong communication skills.
- Certification in Workday
- PMP or SHRM is a plus
- Must be a US Citizen or Green card holder.
