Job Details:
The Sr. Finance Analyst provides end-to-end finance support. The Sr. Analyst is responsible for the financial assessments includes financial planning and forecasting.
MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
• Partners to design and develop standard reporting that will enable assessment of the overall financial performance and provide the foundation for continuous improvement dynamic.
• Collaborates in the financial planning process.
• Provides financial insights for periodic business reviews (Weekly Business Review) with senior management.
• Provides financial guidance to enhance cost and process efficiencies.
• Ensures alignment with Corporate Standards in terms of accounting, reporting, Internal Policies and Procedures and External Regulations such as SOX requirements.
• Supports ad hoc projects.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or equivalent business experience
• 3+ years experience
• Strong mathematical and statistical skills
• Excellent written and oral communication
• IT skills (with focus on Excel, PowerPoint, Access, SAP, Business Intelligence (i.e. BO))
• Flexibility and adaptability
• Initiative and openness to learn new skills and/or take on additional responsibilities
