Job Details:
My client is a Construction Management firm that is highly rated. They are seeking a Construction Project Manager. Looking for a Project Manager who is a mover and a shaker and has done larger projects. Details are as follows:
• Degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering and Construction Management is required
• Experience with housing units over 40 units; Hotels and Entertainment; Hospitals and Labs; Higher Education or other commercial construction
• Project experience greater than 15 million dollars
• Experience with Plan grid or Procore will be beneficial
• Experience with Bluebeam, Primavera, Microsoft Project will be beneficial
• Ability to construct and update schedules.
• Experience with the RFI and Submittal process is required
• Pursing vouchers and change orders is required
• Experience with Change order documentation and negotiation and cost Tracking is required
• Estimating and experience with Request for Proposals is beneficial
• 5 to 10 years of construction experience in project management is required
• The ability to build relationships with Owners and Design Professionals is beneficial
