Job Details:
Multiple Application Analyst
My client located in NYC is seeking multiple Application Analysts (one senior one mid). These positions are responsible for troubleshooting, supporting and maintaining the IT Desktop end user software applications. These positions will also be responsible for installing and maintaining third party software applications including upgrades, research, configuration, testing, piloting and troubleshooting.
Qualifications
- At least 3 years of experience supporting and troubleshooting software applications
- Understanding of relational database design
- Must have experience with document management systems, iManage preferred
- Solid understanding of Microsoft Suite
- Active Directory experience
- Must have at least 1 year experience in a Law Firm
- Excellent communication skills
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or comparable experience
- Ability to serve as 3rd level support to the help desk team
- Must be a US Citizen or Green Card holder
