Technical Support Analyst
My client has a contract opening for a Technical Support Analyst. The ideal candidate will have experience with as much of the following as possible:
- Proven technical phone support experience
- Windows experience
- Email support and troubleshooting
- Experience with Office 2010
- Knowledge of Access and Excel
- Ticket resolution and follow up
- Citrix is preferred
- Experience in a legal environment is a plus
- DMS and FileSite is a plus
