Performance Analytics Manager
Role:
As a Performance Analytics Manager, this person will sit under Financial Operations while reporting to a Senior Vice President. This will oversee a team of analysts and responsible for performance analytics. This would include consolidations, performance measures, modeling, oversight of data collection, process improvements, and delivering strategic initiatives.
Responsibilities:
- Work with the COO and SVP to deliver performance analytics and strategic direction to help the organization's growth
- Manager a team of analysts; hire, train, mentor, develop, and oversight of their work
- Lead strategic initiatives including bench marking, KPI's performance analytics, etc.
- Provide management presentations and reporting
- Manager projects from concept to implementation.
- Provide process improvements and continuous improvements
- Provide financial planning and analysis, budgeting, and modeling
- Be a key partner to the business and maintain those active relationships
Qualifications:
- Bachelor' degree is required in an Accounting, Finance or similar discipline. MBA or Master's is a plus
- 8+ years of progressive finance and analytic experience is required
- Strong strategic and analytical background is required
- Prior modeling experience is key
Working Conditions:
Ideally, this position would be a Hybrid position with someone local to the office. Currently, they are still remote.
Compensation:
